Meet
Roxci
Every good story starts somewhere. For The Moovbar, it started with a black 1981 horse trailer found on Facebook Marketplace in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
A four hour trip from Maryland, eight-hour round trip in a single day.
The trailer, now affectionately known as Roxci, was transformed with the help of Steve Roper of Roper Customs in Cloverly, Maryland. It was completely dismantled and meticulously rebuilt from the ground up, becoming the elevated mobile bar you see today.
Roxci, The Star of the Show

After months of ideation, custom craftsmanship, and detailed refinement, every detail has been thoughtfully brought to life.
Roxci's name is a nod to where it all began: Rocky Mount, NC. Her story, though, is still being written.
Meet
Jorge
Before there was The Moovbar, there was hospitality.
Jorge spent years working in restaurants and culinary spaces, taking on just about every role along the way. Host, server, bartender, and everything in between.
He learned early on that hospitality is about much more than what’s being served. It’s about making people feel welcome, creating an experience, and knowing that the little things matter.
As an inquisitive service professional, curiosity followed him behind the bar. Jorge experimented with different flavors, garnishes, and truly learned what makes a great beverage.

Jorge Herrera, Founder and CEO

In 2024, that curiosity developed into an idea: what if he could bring that experience to other people?
Around the same time, Jorge was recovering from an Achilles injury. While facing set-backs from his active lifestyle, he found himself still encouraging himself and others to keep moving, take care of themselves, and keep going even when things don’t go exactly as planned.
That's when "The Moovbar" was born.
For Jorge, celebration isn’t just about the big milestones. It’s about the moments worth remembering, and the simple art of getting together.
What moovs you?
